Le Millésime is the most personal experience at La Cave d’Adrien.
Before your visit, our sommelier takes the time to speak with you and understand the story you wish to celebrate. A bottle or vintage is then carefully selected to bring that story to life. Our Chef creates a bespoke menu inspired by the selection.
Throughout the evening, the bottles are revealed one by one, leading to the moment you have been waiting for: your vintage.
A bottle that may have spent several decades in the cellar, waiting to be opened for just a handful of guests.
