La Cave d’Adrien experience begins even before the first glass is poured.Guided through the Chalet by our sommelier, you discover a hidden door. It opens onto a few steps leading down to a place usually concealed from view.

Le Millésime is the most personal experience at La Cave d’Adrien.
Before your visit, our sommelier takes the time to speak with you and understand the story you wish to celebrate. A bottle or vintage is then carefully selected to bring that story to life. Our Chef creates a bespoke menu inspired by the selection.
Throughout the evening, the bottles are revealed one by one, leading to the moment you have been waiting for: your vintage.
A bottle that may have spent several decades in the cellar, waiting to be opened for just a handful of guests.
